Worst experience ever it was so painful I kept asking the young lady conducting my massage to ease up on her intensity because she wasn’t massaging me she was sticking her elbows all over my body not actually touching me with her hands she was even pinching me to the point my skin was so red and hurt. I asked her again to please adjust because it hurt now I’ve had massages before and this by far was the worst. She kept using her elbow dragging it down my back then got a hot stone and used the hot stone (just one stone) to keep massaging me with the one stone as if she didn’t want to touch me now i do not want to use the race card but it was clear as day as to what this interaction was and I’m utterly disgusted and disappointed. I paid and still tipped after ending my one hour session earlier . This was very distasteful.

I’ve gone here twice now and both times I was pressured by the guy at the desk to tip 30% instead of the 20% I was giving. I was kinda surprised the first time and caved to giving 25% but stood my ground today after my second massage. The service itself was good but didn’t feel relaxed anymore after being pressured to tip more than what I was comfortable with. It ruined the experience and makes me consider other spots in the area with better customer service. Either be transparent and upfront and adjust your pricing, or don’t hustle customers for more tips

Went there for a deep tissue massage and let me tellllll you alll, I’m definitely going back. Massages are definitely well needed especially for self care. Haven’t had a deep tissue massage in years and my first experience there was amazing!!! The staff are kind and the place is welcoming!!!! Adding this to my self care routine!!!! see you soon!!!

Went here for the first time today for the 99$ 2 hour deep tissue special + $10 cupping. Best massage I have had in New york city, this place will definitely be my new go to! The prices are very reasonable and I would definitely say the masseuses really know what they’re doing! Deep tissue massage actually means deep tissue here, and the masseuse actually used a good amount of strength which is exactly what I’ve needed! So soothing and relieved so much tension. The masseuse also definitely can sense your sore spots! It was also my first time doing cupping. Amazing experience it truly took out so much tension out of my back and definitely a worthwhile try to anyone. Super unique feeling and only for $10! Amazing atmosphere as well , very comfy. The beds are heated which was an absolute game changer and i find that the beds they use are much more comfortable than other places I’ve been. Will definitely be returning! Surprised about how highly rated this spot is. Unfortunately I left feeling more stressed than when I arrived since the massage wasn't relaxing at all. The massage was very rough and when I requested a certain staff member ahead of time, my request was not met (which I wouldn't have minded if I was told ahead of time). I will not be going back, but on a higher note the staff was friendly and the space was clean.
